                                        Sky Ranch Opinions

   

   

  I loved Sky Ranch! I wish I can go again! My favorite part about Sky Ranch was when we all did the skits. It was awesome. I also loved Rec. time. My favorite part about Rec. time was when we got to have the Milkshakes. They were so good. But the bad part is that we had to go. It felt like I was there for 5 days!---MD-S7

  Summer Stories

   

  The best thing that I did over the summer was relax and read quite a few books. I did not take any big trips this summer, mostly because I wanted to just rest after a really busy school year! I did go visit my parents in Amarillo for a few days. We had a surprise 60th birthday party for my Dad! Later in the summer, I went to visit my sister and her family for several days.  Both of those visits were very nice and full of fun, but I have to admit that what I enjoyed most was catching up on all the reading that I wanted to do! - Miss S

   The best thing that I did this summer was.....

   

   

  The best thing that I did this summer was I went to Ohio. When I got there I got to stay with my family on my dad's side and a little bit with my mom's side. After 1 week being with family my dad and my brother went back to my house in Texas while my mom,my other brother and I stayed up in Ohio. We stayed longer because we all wanted to go to this really fun camp!!! When it was over I missed all of my friends and I didnt want to leave because I had so much fun. I hope that I get to go next year too!!! WH-B11

   The best thing that I did this summer was when we went to South Carolina.  In the summer of 2004, we moved here from Georgia.  One of my mom's best friends moved from Georgia to South Carolina last summer.  On the last day of school, we traveled up to South Carolina to see two of my mom's best friends.  They each had five kids, and so my mom brought us in addition to their ten kids.  That made 15 kids running around the house at once!  It was a lot of fun, though.  The people we were staying with owned 12 acres of land!!  It was a lot of fun and I didn't want to come back to Texas!  MC-S4   

   

  The best thing I did this summer is when I went to Seaworld. We did everything. Oh, and MC-S4, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH TEXAS! JUST KIDDING! Ge-f8

   

  The Best thing that I did was go to Florida. I got to go to the beach with my whole family, it was really  a family comunication time.I really loved it. We also got to go to Sea World. I got to see turtles {I love turtles} which was very cool. I also got to see Shamu shows, Penguin Encounter, Shark Encounter, Viva, and other great ones. It was very fun. I hope I can do it again.-MD-S7

   

  I probably liked going swimming in my neighborhood. Sometimes I met NB-B4 there and we had lots of fun. I also

   

  sometimes saw AW-S22 there. It was lots of fun. And MC, Texas is the best state ever (trying to be funny). WOO! HE-F9

  "Helping Friends or Neighborhood" Stories

   

                                           

   A few days ago, my little brother, a neighbor of ours, and I all went down to the creek in our neighborhod.

   

  We noticed that there was a LOT of trash along the sides and top of the creek from the construction going on. Eventually, we began to carry pieces of litter from the creek, up to the sidewalk. There was still a little bit of trash left when it was time for us to go home, but it looked a lot better than it did before!

  The best and only thing I did this summer was I moved here from Ohio. I got to finally see my new house, meet my neighbors, and see my dad who had come here before my family and I to work at his new job while we waited for my house to be built. BD-S6

   

   

  Lots of times you help your family do stuff. I do that all the time. Like all the time I help my parents with cooking, cleaning, and others. My favorite type of helping is when my family gets bord, so I play with that. I help my family not get bord. I don't know if it counts, but I help them do that. MD-S7 =^)
